Now, to be fair, this isn’t the entire generation of millennials. It’s not eradicating the market for overpriced rocks, so you can rest easy, Kay, Jared, and all the rest of you jewelers out there. But it’s definitely on the rise.
People say it doesn’t hurt any more than a typical body piercing and they have the ability to swap out the gems, once the anchor is implanted. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
I don’t want to paint with too broad of a brush but these all look terrible to me. And are they not healed or do they just look puffy and enflamed always?
Seems like there's a HIGH chance of getting this thing ripped out on a near-daily basis.
I'll keep the avocado toast but I want nothing to do with these, thank you very much.
