The Pomodoro method helps you organize your time. It consists of the principle of "25 work and 5 minutes of rest". To do this, you need to make a list of tasks, arrange them in order of priority and proceed to the most important. After 25 minutes have passed, you can take a 5-minute break. And so on, until all the important tasks are completed.
Make a strict rule: if you come to the lecture, work (do the teacher's tasks, write notes, etc.). If during this time you will sit on the phone or chat with friends, it turns out that you have wasted: the time to get to the university and back, the time of the lecture itself, as well as the time you need to master the material yourself. Not going to work at the lecture - then it's better not to go to it at all if there are more important things to do (playing on the phone, of course, does not apply to them).
Active rest
Free time can be spent not only by the computer or television but also by discovering your talents. Every university has:

Usually, these organizations are happy to accept new participants. By spending your free time in this way, you can not only expand your circle of acquaintances, visit interesting places (retreats, tournaments, conferences), but also impress your professors, most of whom appreciate socially active students.
You can achieve success only if you are motivated if you are genuinely interested in your future profession and if you understand that studying at university is the first step on the career ladder. Only then you can work effectively and at the same time do not feel tired and dissatisfied.
Otherwise, the couples will always remain boring, and practical classes - uninteresting.
