There's a time and place for everything. Just ask the guy that knocked her up what hoops he had to jump through.

I'm pretty sure it didn't involve forcing her into an inappropriate situation or making her feel uncomfortable. He actually needed some finesse, it wasn't - "In your face... I'm representing my political right wing by pimping my baby at work".
