They are interesting and all that...But would someone really get hired off one of those?!? Gods...I feel so old-school, most of them were really distracting and looked like high school art projects, not like a professional trying to get a professional job. Maybe if you are an artist this is what you turn in...?
I mean, pictures all over your resume...?
I could see the one by "Dillon Chi" grabbing attention and getting a job offer, though...

Only for artists and designers...and I suppose the waitress one might work.
But if you turned one in like that for an accounting or IT job...they would laugh at it and show it all around the office but if they could not read it because it is too cluttered then forget it.

I agree with Shay, other than for a design/creative position, it's not a good idea because then you subject yourself to someone's personal taste. Classic is always your best bet.
