If you treat people with respect, you quite often get respect. Being nasty or arrogant to someone who is trying to their job isn't the way to get help with any issues. Forget it if you are using foul language. Save it for the sewers.

after working in call centers i can tell you that this is beyond true. the second people get attitude is the second i stop giving a fuck about helping them.

once you attack me personally all i have left as recourse is to convolute the situation to the point that it will take you weeks to correct.
