Coffee truly saves lives. For me, it’s to help my continuous hangover. But Canadian Kendall Diwisch found a different use for it: unfreezing cute little kitties frozen to the ground.
An oil worker from Alberta, Diwisch was doing a well checkup run when he stumbled upon 3 abandoned kittens on one of the back roads.
He heard them meowing and discovered they were frozen to the ice by their tails.
Thinking quickly, Diwisch grabbed his hot brew and poured it on the ice. After some light tugging and cute meowing, he freed the tiny tails from the frigid frost.
And because he’s a true hero, he then took the kittens home to warm them up and feed them.
Some local news outlets picked up the story and before no time the coffee cats had found a new family from the area.
