I agree with Ty Webb. No one takes responsibilities for their own actions and decisions. Even if you hoard things, it is no excuse for being filthy. These women are filthy slobs. It takes little effort to get off your duff, grab a garbage bag and start throwing rotted food, empty containers, etc out. How lucky these people are to have a roof over their heads, and potentially nice ones at that, when there are so many who have lost everything they have and are on the streets.
