Germany is host to some of the most magnificent castles in the world. The castle was built by Ludwig II, King of Bavaria. The view from the bridge was breath-taking, and hiking down to the waters edge was very thrilling. Neuschwanstein is quite famous because of the castle's incredible mountain surroundings and architecture.

The castle and the surrounding countryside is unlike any other place in the world. This area is the inspiration for, in my opinion most every novel that has King Queen and a Castle in it. Truly one the most beautiful buildings ever created. :89:
