I was down there with my daughter. We had just left the Finish Line and headed into a mall a block away. Heard and felt the booms then the screaming. Next thing we see is thousands of people running right at us. It was fucking pandemonium.

A couple of factors kept the death toll down, though there have been many amputations. Only half of the bombs went off, and they were a hundred yards from a huge medical tent set up to treat runners. And there are several hospitals very close by. Some of the runners turned off the course and ran right to the hospitals to donate blood.

One of my friends was an EMT working in the tent thinking it was going to be an easy shift. They are all heroes. Had they not been there many people would have bled to death.

Time to roll out the "blame an video face" for the deaths of Americans on American soil, for the next 60 day news cycle(coverup). Then next month the Secretary of State can testify before Congress "What difference does it make"(obfuscate). I wonder how Obama can blame Republicans for acting stupidly this time.
