So, when are they going to:
Saudi arabia, Iran, North Korea....... any public place not at night.
Oh, anywhere where people actually have a chance of seeing them.
(notice, not one other person in any of the pics looking. they obviously went where there are no people, or waited until there were none. A crowd of women topless usually attract a bit of attention, as long as people can see)
