I dated a girl who had 'Sprue Syndrome', or at least that's what she called it.
She ate normal but would get sick right after. Not vomiting sick but diarrhea.
It would just shoot right through her without her body reaping any nutritional
gain.

I've heard of people removing ribs to slim down and by the looks of it, she might be one of them. Even people who are on "extream diets" don't look like this. I'll have to agree with lillady. Disturbing.
