I was 185 pounds about 2 years ago. I lost actually 65 pounds after 5 months (120 pounds). And now my wife says that i have to gain weight which is necessary lol. I am now 155 pounds 5'6 ! Bottom line is that you can do whatever you want as long as you are commit to the goal of that achievement.

the eyes color is not different ! The light in the picture is different !
When she was fat the light was not really hard... on the new picture where she is tiny the picture was "burn" (to much light in the camera) and you have more detail in here eyes ! that's all !!

It's not as hard as you'd think. You lower your caloric intake. You don't even really have to exercise, as that is more about fitness than weight. But as you get closer to your goal weight, you tend to plateau, so adding exercise and then slowly ramping it up will keep the weight coming off, as well as improve your tone and your cardiovascular health.
I'm going through a similar transformation myself - I've lost about 26 pounds so far just by watching my calories. The hardest part was making the decision to make a life change. The rest is just upkeep.
