Don't worry, pretty sure it's just a Photoshop job.
The reflections on the body panels are identical as well as one of the windows.
The trees in the background are unchanged as well, they would have to have parked it in exactly the same spot as well.

#14 - Actually stupid idea. The baby exhales CO2 that is heavier than air, the baby is laying in a deep pit, without ventilation the heavy CO2 can accumulate on the bottom of the pit over time and could cause suffocation.
