How does one get two beautiful women to do this? I think it's pretty rare that you just happen to see this in a restaurant. At least the ones I visit.

Are they prostitutes? Models? In this case, is there a distinction? Are they paid at all?

Do you just ask a couple of hot friends "hey I'm a photographer and I'd like to get my stuff on some janky aggregator's website, you might be D-tier internet famous for 0.1 seconds. Interested?"

Who made the spaghetti? Was it served while they sat their with their tits out or was it "oh no, you can wait until the spaghetti comes out before stripping down"?

How much control does the author have? "No, no, let's try the LEFT hand for you, this time a slight smile while you suck and go again"? How many times do you get them to reset and shoot again before they get angry and suspect it's not just a photoshoot for you?
