While on her way to Cabo San Lucas with her sister, an American Airlines employee suggested that her outfit wasn’t in line with the company’s dress code. She was wearing a black bralette, biker shorts and an oversized black cardigan but was made to put a sweatshirt on over it.

Culpo’s sister, Aurora, was also very frustrated by the experience and documented it on her Instagram to share with her followers (and is apparently still very upset because she's still posting about it days later). “Look at her outfit. She looks cute, she looks appropriate, no?

“They call her up to the desk and tell her that she needs to put a blouse on, otherwise she can’t get on the plane,” she said in an Instagram story. “Tell me that’s not so f*cked up.”
Olivia later shared the story on her own account and asked her followers if they agreed with the airline. “Oh no I’m confused lol. Is this inappropriate/offensive?” she wrote.
This isn’t the first time an airline has been called out for its dress code policies.

You can decide for yourself whether you think these people are overreacting or if they’re completely justified in feeling disrespected. Either way, I think if a young model’s biggest problem right now is being told to put on a sweater on her probably first-class flight to Cabo San Lucas then she seems to be living a pretty decent life.
