I don't know, but I have to ask: Have you ever had cats and dogs at the same time? Because I think you didn't. I have never ever in my life seen a dog who was dominant over a cat. And I had several dogs and many more cats, all at the same time. A cat will always be the one to dictate the relationship. She will be the one to tease, to attack, to ignore, to be initiative. I have seen with my own eyes a cat putting a staffordshire terrier in its place, making a bull terier affraid for it's snout and a czechoslovakian wolfdog just cowering with it's tail between it's legs before one. Yes they are physically more powerful, but a cat with it's agility and personality will almost always send a dog home crying.
