#23, those potato things look good ... think I'll put Italian Sausage, sauce and mozzarella
in mine.

I had a similar idea, but I'm thinking some cheese (possibly mozzarella or some blue cheese), rucola and some other herbs. But more importantly, not fry them up later on, but put them in the oven for a few minutes, so they get a dry crust, not an oily one :)
