#8 1-2 years, that crummy bridge and/or will be in the water.
It looks nice now, but:
- vertical posts at the end themselves are not tied back to ground so they'll lean forward badly
- floor-support cables are too far apart
- cross-stringers are WAY too small (unless only 3 year olds will ever use bridge)
- deckboards too weak for spread
- suspension 'railing' on the side only one side of bridge, encouraging bridge to twist/wear unevenly
- suspension railing line not supportive of structure, adds more load on verticals but carrying no useful load itself, verticals look like it's a single 'woven' line meaning any failure anywhere and the 'railing' line becomes completely detached from deck cable.
It's really a terrible design, in so many ways.
