I hope all this pressure on her to stay so beautiful doesn't, one day, lead her to go under the knife in some vain attempt to please the critics. I hope she is surrounded with the kind of people that will support her without superficial judgement and allow her to simply age with grace. That being said. Beauty is more than skin deep, actually and Aniston is a beautiful person. Taking into account her charm, charisma, talent and so on.

Before the usual outcries of someone elsewhere in the world being hotter, this is all you need to know: People Magazine is a Hollywood celebrity fluff mag, read almost exclusively by women to see what dresses famous folk wore on the red carpet, or hair styles, or to keep up with light tabloid gossip, etc, harmless soccer mom stuff.

Their yearly picks on "Most Beautiful Woman" and "Sexiest Man Alive" aren't chosen by any scientific methods, or by scouring the most obscure recesses of the world, hoping to find the completely-subjective "most beautiful"... they simply pick a recognizable, non-offensive celebrity they know women will like, and put them on the cover to sell magazines. That's really all there is to it.
