I think it should be removed from the list due to the fact lena headly refused to do that scene and had a double walk naked in her stead. It made me hate her as an actor too, not just her character. I mean after the first episode of GoT, she knew what she was getting into. Now every main lead will refuse to strip and they will be forced to use doubles. The beginning of the end for GoT.....
