Seth Gilliam who plays Father Gabriel on "The Walking Dead" was acting like a sinner as he drove through Peachtree City, GA on Sunday morning. The cops said he admitted to having 3 beers and a shot and he also had a .107 blood alcohol level. Police also discovered a joint in his car which was hidden in the arm rest. Gilliam was released after posting bail to the tune of $9,818.

If I was the cop, I would have taken his ass to the nearest toy/comic store, bought some Walking Dead books and Gabrielle action figures and had him autograph them. Then I would have taken him home safely. 12

He wasn't drunk. Pot should be legal. 0.107 is a joke. Just because his character sucks, doesn't mean he needs to post bail at almost $10K! JOKE
