Prevented the collapse of the US economy caused by the inept leadership of W. Bush... (the only decisions he made was to create war where no reason existed and strip Americans of their civil liberties), so that every dime any US citizen has saved didn't become absolutely worthless.

And passed the first ever US universal health care legislation instead of spending trillions of debt dollars continuing to fund useless wars, new planes, gunships, aircraft carriers, bombs and missiles.
