Nice looking, but from what I hear, they're totally crap quality, as in, you don't want to drive one of them where you aren't within walking distance of food.

Probably right, but twenty years ago China had no car industry at all. Give it another twenty and they will decimate western car industries. Look how cheap they turn out phones etc.

best part is that if you try to sue these companies for copying your trademark cars the chinese judges simply say no they look nothing like the american/european cars and write of the case fairly quickly xD

Only look nice, Chinese customers want a taste of "western" cars... personally I will afraid of my safeness. I met one Chinese car last time, engine works like tractor.
