I'm with Grunt on this one. A noble idea, bringing books to the people, but why like this?
Why a tank shape? It's hardly the best arrangement to be caught out in the rain when all the books are on the outside. Surely some sort of van style vehicle would have been better, even if he windowed the sides and opened them to provide shelter for those viewing the books.
Oh well, he's getting his message across. At least he didn't use an old ice cream van. That would have been unforgivable!
