lol i do not understand why do you think that in US or Europe, the driver would be dead.
Let me tell you something IN US or Europe we secure OUR loads, so this does not happen.
IN Europe we do not transport pipes like that, when we do its a hazardous load, and we wouldnt drive 80mph and then brake.
