Well, a second-hand truck of such kind is 245.915 Euros.
The company that produces these beauties is UNICAT. (visit www.unicat.net for references).
I have even seen one during my holidays in Istanbul this year. It was parked alongside the Bosphorus, in a parkinglot. Very nice truck ! Loved it .

It is not designed only for dessert. You can use it wherever you like, as long as you have enough money to fill in the gas tank
