Jellyfish are interesting creatures without a doubt, but they turn into something different when that come into contact with alcohol. When alcohol is used to dry a jellyfish out, they turn into a crispy chip similar to potato chips. This age old tradition has been used in Asia for more than 1,000 years where jellyfish are considered a delicacy.
