Gabriel Marshall is only 8 years old and he had to have surgery to remove a malignant brain tumor. The surgery left Gabriel with a big scar on the side of his head so his dad decided to get the scar tattooed on his own head so that it would make Gabriel feel better about himself. Gabriel's dad has gone above and beyond for his son and he's definitely earned himself a "Father of the Year" award.
