If you visit the Lowes in Regina, Saskatchewan you might notice that one of their employees is not like the others. A man named Owen Lima has been living with a brain injury for 40 years and he needs his service dog Blue to be with him at all times. When Owen applied to a job at the local Lowes he told the manager that he and Blue are a package deal. The manager had no objections and he hired them both.
