Jim Arnold, an eccentric British parish council chairman has stocked up a pretty impressive arsenal of weapons. He told police that he's been collecting guns since he was 11 and that he collects them to keep them away from small children. It's estimated that he now owns over 200,000 rounds of ammunition and 463 illegal weapons.

Public transportation employees in Berlin recently stumbled upon a creepy surprise. They found a fully furnished bedroom in a section of the U-Bahn tunnel. No one seems to know where it came from but the employees noted that it didn't look like anyone had been living there.
