Roma gypsies have built an impressive village near an abandoned railway in Paris. They've taken used pieces of scrap and built homes for their friends and families. These type of communities are being met with controversy as they pop up more and more in countries such as France, Romania and Bulgaria.
Maggie is an Australian shepherd who had her puppies taken away before she was put up for adoption and moved into a kennel. Maggie eventually found a forever home but she was put in a kennel for one more night when her owners went away. Maggie heard crying puppies inside the kennel so she broke out of her cage to comfort them.
Workers at the Marin Room restaurant in San Diego recently encountered an unexpected guest. A sea lion pop made its way into the restaurant in search of some food. The sea lion was grossly underweight and also had some drainage coming from its left eye. They called in a rescue team from SeaWorld San Diego and the pup was then given the proper care it needed.
