Santa Marta is a residential area for poor people in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Two Dutch artists decided to give the buildings of Santa Marta a radical makeover. Now 34 houses look colorful and bright. And I hope that people of Santa Marta feel themselves a bit happier.
The famous Redwood Log House was built by Len Moore after he spent a night in a burned down Redwood tree during a storm. This giant tree is 1,900 years old. Unbelievable.
