A new $100 note was unveiled at the Treasury Department on April 21, 2010. It is being printed using the most advanced digital printing technology. And here we have a very interesting collection of old 100-dollar bills. Let's see how it changed in 150 years.
Let me quote the author of these photos Marcia Rules: I was proud to have been a newspaper photographer for over 20 years in the Chicago area. It was quite a privilege to have access to scenes that most people never would. As these images are copies of original photographs, they are not as sharp as I prefer but I cannot find Vista-compatible software for my seven-year-old Kodak scanner.
If these photos were just in color or black and white, they would be normal and not very interesting. But when some partial color is added, they become some mystery. Take a look. Great pictures.
