idiot. it doesnt do sh*t to the computer. They are designed to handle a few hundred volts. that dinky flash only puts out 300v for a pulse. to restart the PC, you just unplug it and plug it back in.

What a stupid thing to build. What an even more stupid thing to post AC.

If you want to break a computer just use a hammer. Its cheaper, more reliable and longer lasting.

Total BS. All modern computers are designed to handle quite a few extra volts on the power bus without any significant damage. 300V at less than 2.5 amps is nothing.
