naughty Po-Po!

It was probably a tech that was servicing the car and went for a joy ride.

Some of the dealerships I worked at that, in addition to real cars like audi,vw,bmw,honda.... they also had a chevy/ford.chrysler franchise as well. The cops brought their cruisers in for work and the techs (mandatory to do this by the way) had to road test the car after they worked on it. Obvioulsy they just had to mess with people and the cars. I am suprised there was any rubber left on the tires!
