And if one of the racers would have crashed into the crowd of retards gathered to watch extremely fast machines speed by at close range, some people might have rushed to their aid and felt sympathy, perhaps even empathy for the victims.

Not me. Though I would have assisted in any way I could, I would have been quietly albeit heartily laughing while doing so, and sincerely thanking Darwin for showing us the light of reason.

Okay, to tell the truth I would have also asked nearby friends or relatives if the deceased had reproduced before committing the ultimate selfless act: ridding humanity of their defective DNA.

Would it be wrong, having gotten a response in the affirmative, to seek out that offspring in the hopes of convincing them not to further their line? Perhaps. But think of the potential lives I could save. No good could possibly come from the genes of someone idiotic enough to endanger themselves in such a way. A society without stupid people would be like a crazed maniac without a loaded handgun. Think about it.

I appreciate the idea. Your make very valid points.

However, there will always be idiots. Not because the current batch can't be culled by voluntary attrition, but that as the zero sigma of intelligence increases, so does the measure of what we consider "idiotic."

As in, "Good grief. How does one go through life not understanding the Lindeberg-Levy central limit theorem?"

Here's a real world analogy: The standard of "poor" that we use today in the U. S. would have been considered insanely rich in 10th century England.
