well, Ollie, if your head wasnt stuck up your ass you would know why. For one, Tourists ARE told ahead of time and there is a general warning of troops approaching. Two, those idiots saw the formation coming, and still failed to move, especially since they were not supposed to be in the middle of the street anyway. Three, you obvioulsly have NEVER seen, or know anything about the British changing of the guard, so you are commenting on something you know nothing of. Good job on showing your ignorance.
