it's pretty easy to do: the last 2 cards of the deck are a red 5 and the black five, when he shows you the cards at the beginning he leaves the last cards piled up so you dont see the black one. Then if you look at how he shuffles you'll see that he keeps the last card in same position and when you say stop he puts those on top, so now you have you card with above the black one and the 'same' red one. Now the only tricky part is when he picks up the black card.. he actually flips 2 card, the black and the one above, which is your one. So he takes the black one out, and puts the other cards (the ones in the upper part in this video) below all the others so now the last card of the deck is the other five. Again when he shuffles he leaves the last cards in the same position and whenever you say stop he shows you last card of the deck, which is the five.
