Girl Provokes An Accident

Driver provoked accident. Its a pedestrian walkway, you slow down, the white van did, why didnt he? One day he will kill someone.. take his licence way! But then again this look like Russia.

She should have stayed on the ground, then sued the bastard.

I have no idea what the laws are there. Yes, the driver was going a bit fast but that girl wasn't paying attention at all.
BTW, the girl is fine .. just some bumps and bruises.

Has a pedestrian you must wait until the cars make a full stop, is simply common sense.

Guys pls... The white van was slowing because the dark van front of it was slowing down too because that wanted to turn right in the corner. And there was traffic lamps as well. I think the pedestrians lamp was red but the girls did not notice it. As you can see it there was 3 more strangers who did not started to walk. So the conclusion is the damn girls went throughout the red light. :04:
