Nick1090, apparently you've never been in a crash like that. I have. What the oncoming person couldn't see was the vehicle behind. If you look at the sides of the road, the indivdual had left more than enough room for a vehicle to come around, IF that person were aware of what was happening. As it was, the oncoming person didn't know what was happening. So, he clips the back end of the SUV and his hood flies up. If you're going to say you can see through a hood, your argument is valid. Otherwise...

The fucking idiots childishly preoccupied with their toy, the camera, and laughing like infants, were equally to blame for this accident.

I only lament the fact that they survived, granting them further opportunities to breed.

twitchyfuzz,

You're absolutely right, I HAVE never been in an accident like that. Mainly because when I see poor driving, and believe me, I see loads of it. I give the offender lots and lots of room, so I don't get involved in their fuck witted behaviours. When I see dangerous driving I report it to Police immediately by the emergency number, giving the offending vehicle registration and location.
The black vehicle could have stopped, if he had been paying better attention. The vehicle that was filming the drunken/sleepy driver had no excuse for being involved. He identified the hazard on the road ahead of him for 1:05 before the impact.

The best advice I was ever given, when I was a boy learning to driver was:
"Treat everyone else on the road like an idiot, when they do something wrong, you wont be surprised."

I still use this advice daily and it does me well. So Twitchyfuzz, I'd rather you drive ahead of me and blame others for their mistakes. I'll hang back a bit further and avoid your collisions.

Drive safe all
