, the daylight got so dim that camera's infrared LEDs were lighting up the scene. The LEDs only put out a wide enough spectrum for the camera to make out black and white images. If a person had been unfortunate enough to be there at the time, it would have been too dark to see anything, and then their lights would have gone out forever.
