I have a farmer friend who says if you tuck the chicken's head under his wing, which they do when they're sleeping, and then rotate them in a vertically oriented circle, when you set them down they will stay that way for a long, long time.

He jokingly said that with enough of them you could spell out a message for planes passing overhead. lol
