This video is fake. It was proven in court that this video was modified frame by frame not in a professional way. This time of year is the election campaign for the president in Romania and some of the candidates are willing to do anything in their power to win the elections.

Ok, so what if it's fake or not. What I don't understand is why he didn't punch that woman.
