100/100, I think only good usage for these cheap annoying car alarms. Should it be some restriction for them, especial arm\disarm with noisy chirp confirmation is most for anger. In one of my car I tear and throw off siren because every lock\unlock stupid sound sounds. (There was also complicated way to switch off it each time - need to press two button in short time one after another on remote)
