F*cking 'murica. Sorry, no offence intended, but what the F**K?! You guys have to have a bloody paper form and regulations for everything. You people are seriously misguided. You want to tell me, that there is seriously a regulation, on how the kids are allowed to go home? That if a parent has said he will pick his kids up by car, he can't do it by foot, because the goddamn paper says it so? Are you shi*tin me? That is just sick. Here in Europe, our kids aren't retarded not to be able to either go home, if they're old enough to go to school, or just wait for their parent. Anybody would try to tell me, how I'm supposed to pick up my kid after school, they'd have a bad time to say the least. If a school wouldn't want to release MY kid to my care after school, because I came on foot instead by car, there would be no school at the end of the day. No bloody stone would be left standing. And that idi*t has the nerve to arrest the guy? Man, talk about police state. I'm sorry people, but you should finally realize you're living in a properly fascist totalitarian police state, that has nothing to do with democracy WHATSOEVER. Land of the free, home of the brave? More like "Land of the spies and home of the slaves." No offence intended, but this is how it seems. When I look at how America handles the most basic things, I can't believe what's going on. I mean, your schools don't give forks and knives to kids in the first few grades, so they don't harm themselves. I mean WHAT?!!!! Kids in Europe know how to use forks and knives just naturally. We don't make them scared of it. We just teach them how to use them and not to stick it in their eyes, and they're fine from like 4 years old or less. What the hell is going on in there people? Don't you think all that regulation is going a BIT over the top?!!!

How does such an obviously stupid, overweight guy like that become a sheriff? what a joke.. that parent was totally in the right. I hope that sheriff gets fired/demoted. That kind of thing would never happen here in UK or rest of Europe.. I feel the video speaks for itself showing how idiotic the police (& school) can be over there.

Ok America Bashers, this video is only interesting because it is the exception to the rule. This does not represent our country as a whole in any way. And if you want to talk silly laws, take a long look at EU trade laws.
