I am not an animal rights activists and let me not even start with Peta, but why is this still a legit sport? I mean... who does it serve to let bulls run like that and eventually kill them?

I understand tradition but my God... its 2013...

And you eat meat? So you think it is better to keep animals locked in a cage and never let them see the light of day, until one day they get their throats slit?

Bull fighting is not as brutal as people claim. The bull lives a VERY good life for several years until it is pitched for a fight. If it wins the fight, which is usually determined by the crowd (ie: if it fight well), it will live like a king till the end of its days (from a bulls point of view). And if a bull dies, every piece of the animal is used.

In other words, they live a much better life than any animal you eat.
