2 things:

1 I might suggest coming off the brakes when it started to skid and attempt to drive down the hill might have been more successful.

2 The reversing beep right at the end was the funniest thing I have heard in ages, too little too late.

This kind of trailers have brakes. and they are remote controlled as well - you can drive them.
