So according to the alignment of the sun and earth to your filled water bottle, based on duration of exposure to combustible material, (taking into consideration other small variables that aren't worth mentioning) that's all you'll need to start a fire.

I think the point of that is, that even a harmless bottle of water could be the starter. This was just what someone found, probably having caught a faint sniff of burning.

Who knows??

Thing is, the fire starts, bottle melts, water comes out eventually but not in time to put out the fire. The fire department then try to find a cause, and may never find it.

Life is strange!

The bottle wouldn't even melt until the water inside starts boiling and if it's a good bottle it would never melt and explode instead.
