I don't know what the rules are for that type of racing but it looked like a clean pass to me.

The begin was good but he arrived to fast... He oversteer a little 0.05 and it's ok for him at the end... but it was not really clean to push the other guy in grass ! It's more fairplay to give a little space (at this speed an accident in a such little car could be really dangerous !)

That's why he lose his steer, he drive to fast on the vibrating think (blue and white) (i don't know the word in english)

I did notice he came in too hot but the other driver had enough time to know he was gonna pass. I would say they both had one of those butt puckering moments though
