The guy was having an epileptic seizure.

The video has been released because the victim recently received his lawsuit settlement.

Exceeding his authority? The guy wanted to keep driving and he was resisting arrest! Should they smile at him and keep on going? 13

The guy in the car doesn't look like a criminal (or maybe there's a back story I don't know), so why don't they ask him to step out of the car politely?

Do they want to appear tough and think that yelling and kicking somebody makes them cool, or what?! 46 Kinda scary that these people should enforce laws, but maybe that's because I'm not used to see such things.

there has to be more to this story than just this short, EDITED, video
the police just don't call in seven or eight troopers and do a 'felony stop' on
someone without some kind of reason
I heard them say he's diabetic and probably in shock ... if that's true he
probably didn't know what was going on and wasn't responding to the
police lights, sirens, commands etc.
there has to be more

anyone have a link?

Ya think the video should have been stopped before all 23 of the cops started beating him because of the LOUD music he was playing. Never give the finger to a state trooper. This poor guy has learned his lesson and will never do that again. Right Bob? 07
